Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support to our team and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Maintain both digital and physical filing systems.
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and office events.
Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
Support staff and management with administrative tasks as needed.
Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional front-desk presence.
Perform data entry, record-keeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks when required.
Qualifications
Education:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
Experience:
1–3 years of administrative, secretarial, or office support experience.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
