International Humanity Foundation (IHF)

The International Humanity Foundation (IHF) is a global non-profit organization dedicated to educating and empowering disadvantaged children and communities worldwide. With volunteers working across five continents, IHF promotes ethical leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and sustainable development.

We are currently seeking creative, strategic, responsible and digitally-native volunteers to join our Public Relation Team.

🔹 Role Overview The Public Relation Team is the “Global Connector” of IHF. Your mission is to build our communication across email with potential partners, donors, leaders and volunteers. You turn raw updates from our centers into powerful narratives that inspire followers to become them.

Key Responsibilities:

Creativity: Design and schedule engaging contacts with different organisations for explaining the mission of the IHF.
Community Management: Respond to comments and messages, fostering a positive and active global community.
Analytics & Strategy: Track engagement metrics to identify what collaborations resonate best with our goals and global strategy.
Brand Alignment: Ensure all posts reflect IHF’s “Culture of Leadership” and adhere to our strict child protection and privacy policies.
Lead Responsibility – Training & Mentorship: Develop and lead collaborations and contacts, conversations and projects with companies outside of the IHF.
🔹 Ideal Candidate:

Creative flair with a strong communicative skills
Excellent oral communication skills (ability to write catchy, professional captions).
Proficient in project management
Up-to-date with current trends in public relation, journalism, marketing
Interested in Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or Graphic Design.
