MANAGEMENT PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY IN RESTAURANT LOCATED IN ARUSHA’S OUTSKIRTS

A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a management partner for the on-site restaurant of a well-established lodging facility located in the outskirts of Arusha. This restaurant boasts a seating capacity of 45+ guests, charming gardens, a cozy fireplace area, a fully equipped kitchen, private dining area, and a host of other amenities. While the restaurant is already operational, we are seeking a partner to help drive its growth and maximize its revenue potential.

REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for an individual with proven management experience, particularly in the restaurant and lodging sector. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, trustworthy, and possess some general knowledge in areas such as hospitality or restaurant management, marketing, book-keeping, human resource management, and general business administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The management partner will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, including but not limited to:

·        Creating and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability;

·        Implementing marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones;

·        Managing day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory, and customer service;

·        Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and staff;

·        Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and standards;

·        Working closely with the lodging facility management to align restaurant operations with overall business objectives;

·        Ensuring budget monthly and quarterly targets are attained

COMPENSATION: The management partner will receive a competitive compensation package, consisting of 5% to 7% of the restaurant’s sales after taxes. This arrangement is designed to incentivize the partner to drive the restaurant’s growth and success.

OPPORTUNITY DURATION: The initial partnership agreement will be for a duration of two-years, with the possibility of extension based on performance. However, there will be a trial period of 2 to 6 months to ensure that both parties are satisfied with the partnership.
