Our Client, a thriving going concern and leading merchandiser of key engineering products is planning to expand its sales network within the Nigerian Territory and looking to engage experienced, enthusiastic and natural sales individuals in key identified states of the Federation as EXTERNAL SALES LEADs. Its products and supplies cut across several industries covering FMCG, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Fabrication, Automobile Service Plants, Furniture Manufacturing, Water Engineering, Electrical and Energy, and other related industries.


The required candidate will be an experienced, career-oriented FEMALE professional, with highly developed skills in sales and marketing and most preferably a graduate of Engineering or closely related fields of study.

·                The position is Full-Time and at Middle Management Level with considerable responsibility for supervision and a single reporting line upwards.

·                Major responsibility is leading the sales of the products within the specific state or territory assigned with the major goal of amassing the highest sales volume achievable for each of the products or collectively over a particular period of time – quarterly, half-yearly and annually. This encompasses the responsibility for market awareness and market penetration

·                Each Sales Lead is the company’s face and representative in the area allocated and will be responsible for direct management of any sub-teams to be set up for the state or territory.

·                The role requires effective management of the existing client pool to optimize value for the company and keep the company’s growth on the upward path while deepening the market.

·                The ESL has responsibility for leading the stationed teams and driving milestone targets and providing management accountability for overall performance.



•          First Degree in Engineering or closely related Fields of Study

•          Training and Additional Certificates will be Added Advantage

•          Proven Experience in Sales, preferably in leadership roles

•          Natural Flair and Highly Developed Skills in Sales and Marketing

•          Deep Market Network and Established B2B Relationships

•          Deep Technical Engineering Knowledge and Proven Familiarity with Engineering Products

•          Proficiency in MS Office and Online Platforms



·         3-5 years’ experience in similar role

·         Experience in Field and B2B Relationship Management

·         Highly developed Sales Expertise and Marketing Skill

·         Strong Technical and Engineering knowledge

·         Great Communication (written and spoken), Networking, and Interpersonal skills

·         Charisma, self-confidence and loves interacting with people

·         Leadership Ability, High achieving, self-motivated and results-oriented

·         Ability to prepare and deliver compelling presentations

·         Naturally loves Sales and Comfortable in the Field and Around People
