Job Description:
Masharii, a leading real estate development company based in Beirut, Lebanon, is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong background in real estate development projects, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. This role requires fluency in both French and English, as well as the willingness to travel extensively to Ivory Coast and Europe.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the design and development teams to create innovative architectural concepts for various real estate projects.
2. Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications in accordance with project requirements and local regulations.
3. Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project feasibility and gather relevant data.
4. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects from conception to completion.
5. Participate in design reviews and provide valuable insights to optimize project outcomes.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture and real estate development.
7. Prepare presentations and documentation for client meetings, regulatory approvals, and project milestones.
8. Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Uphold high standards of design excellence, sustainability, and quality in all architectural deliverables.
10. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet project deadlines and requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably in real estate development projects.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
4. Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
7. Flexibility to travel frequently to Ivory Coast and Europe for project assignments.
8. Fluency in French and English is essential.
