Job Title: Laravel Tech Support Engineer (API & Web Maintenance)
About the Role
We need a Laravel-savvy tech support pro who can keep our systems running smooth. You’ll handle API integrations, fix bugs faster than they appear, and make regular updates to our PHP Laravel website. If you vibe with clean code, steady improvements, and helping users, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot a PHP Laravel–based website.
Handle API integrations, updates, and testing (REST, webhooks, keys, etc.).
Debug backend and frontend issues in Laravel, Blade, and JS.
Implement website modifications, UI fixes, and feature tweaks.
Work with the dev team to identify and resolve technical issues.
Monitor logs, performance, and error reports.
Document fixes, integration steps, and new processes.
Provide user or client support for technical issues related to the platform.
Requirements
Strong experience with PHP Laravel framework.
Solid knowledge of Blade templates, controllers, routes, middleware, etc.
Good understanding of API concepts and using tools like Postman.
Familiarity with MySQL, migrations, and database relationships.
Basic frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience using Git for version control.
Problem-solving mindset + ability to explain technical details clearly.
Nice to Have
Experience with payment gateways or fintech APIs.
Knowledge of server setup (cPanel, VPS, Linux) is a bonus.
Familiarity with debugging tools and Laravel logs.
