Job Description
The Accounting Associate for Accounts Receivable is primarily responsible for providing financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure sufficient, timely, and accurate collection of accounts under his/her control.
He/She is expected to analyze the individual subsidiary ledger of each account versus Key Results Areas (KRAs) and agreed on actions to resolve discrepancies if any. The position’s scope of responsibility includes accounting for and updating sales transactions, collections, returns, and other deductions/charges in the system.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
Minimum 2 years working experience
Strong foundation of accounting principles and practices
Strong analytical thinking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software
