Overview

As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through telephone interactions. Your primary goal is to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualification
– At least 18 years old
– At least SHS Graduate
– Not currently employed/enrolled
– Fully Vaccinated
– Preferably with CCE but not required
– Savvy in computer & internet navigation
– Good to Excellent communication skills
– Amenable to Work Onsite
