Overview
1. Provide operating training and answering procedural queries to the technical and clinical staff
2. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, and information, researching and recommending service improvements.
3. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
4. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information including quotations, installation, and feedback forms.
5. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks, attending meetings with doctors for clinical discussions, and meeting with the technical staff at hospitals.
6. Provide demonstration and installation of all kinds of equipment.
7. Responsible for the assigned products sale
8. Preparation of tender documents and following up with the private and government sectors
9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
10. Any other task assigned by manager.
