Overview

Essential Functions:

• Facilitating office operations and communication by performing administrative duties
• Assisting the Head of Marketing with general operations and tasks involved in day-to-day running within the department
• Communicating with suppliers and vendors
• Using spreadsheets to assist with budget controls, processes, and consumer support
• Assisting with obtaining quotes, raising purchase orders and invoicing
• Assisting with minor technical support
• Participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes when needed
• Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required
• Liaison between all depts e.g., warehouse, finance, and sales to maintain good communication and relations
• Conducting or preparing any research that may be required
• Various ad hoc requests
• Promoting the organization and products
• Adhere to all organization policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications:
• Matric
• Diploma or degree
• Minimum of 2 years work experience

• Good communication skills and fluency in English.
