Overview

The District Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and ensuring the effective implementation of the Mass Land Partitioning Project at the district level. The role involves supervising field teams, liaising with revenue staff, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with project guidelines, and providing timely reports to the central office.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the focal person for the Land Partitioning Project within the district.
Coordinate with local revenue staff, tehsil-level offices, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Supervise and support field teams engaged in data collection, verification, and partitioning activities.
Ensure that partition cases are processed efficiently and in compliance with relevant rules and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of project activities, progress, and challenges at the district level.
Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters to the Project Manager.
Facilitate training and capacity building of field staff where required.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor progress and quality assurance.
Prepare and submit periodic progress reports (weekly/monthly) to the central Project Management Unit.
Represent the project in meetings with district administration and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
At least 2–3 years of experience in project coordination/field management, preferably in land records, partitioning, or development sector projects.
Familiarity with land revenue processes and government administrative structures.
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to travel frequently within the district.
