*FRESH GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAMME – LOAN COLLECTION (FINTECH, IKEJA LAGOS)*
A Fintech company in Ikeja, Lagos is recruiting for a Graduate Trainee Programme for young, smart, and trainable individuals interested in starting a career in loan collection, credit management, and customer relations. Job experience is an added advantage.
*Key Responsibilities*
– Trainees will learn and gradually handle tasks such as:
– Making follow-up calls and communicating professionally with customers
– Assisting in negotiating repayment plans and updating payment options
– Keeping accurate records of interactions, payments, and customer feedback
– Supporting the development and execution of debt recovery strategies
– Preparing simple reports on collections progress
– Performing light administrative tasks to support daily operations
– Collaborating with internal teams such as Accounts, Sales, and Legal
– Updating customer information and account status on company systems
– (All duties will be taught during training.)
*Requirements*
– OND / HND / B.Sc (any discipline)
– Basic computer skills (MS Office)
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Candidate should have a smartphone
