We are looking for an experienced building administrative officer to oversee the daily operations of the condominium. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of building tenants and unit owners, coordinating and managing maintenance and their duties, monitoring the security guards and their responsibilities to ensure smooth daily building operations.
To be successful as a building administrative officer, you should have excellent organizational and project management skills and ensure that your assigned properties are in compliance with applicable regulations and building codes. Also, you should be able to respond to and resolve any issues reported by unit owners and tenants efficiently.
Building Administrative Officer Responsibilities;
Coordinating and overseeing regular building maintenance and repairs.
Managing and directing cleaning and security staff and activities.
Preparing and carrying out emergency protocols and procedures.
Maintaining a safe environment for building occupants and visitors.
Taking minutes of board meetings.
Writing letters to unit owners and tenants.
Canvassing of equipment and materials.
Implementing House rules and Regulations.
Preparing and monitoring maintenance budgets.
Preparing weekly progress reports.
Negotiating and liaising with third-party service providers.
Conducting regular building inspections and preparing reports.
Responding to inquiries and requests by unit owners or tenants and resolving any problems or issues.

Building Administrative Officer Requirements;
Graduate of B.S. in Business Administration Major in Property Management or Office Administration
With or without experience
Preferably living near Cubao, Quezon city
With strong personality
Good communication skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
