Job opening: HR Director (HRD)
Location: Lagos State.
Salary: ₦700,000 – ₦1,000,000 monthly (based on experience)
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and hands-on experience in managing employee relations and compliance issues.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is mandatory.
