Location: Remote (Candidate must be based in Karachi, Lahore, or Islamabad to manage PR and clients locally)

Company: Pixel Motus (Creative Studio – 3D Animation, VFX & Motion Graphics)

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a remote role requiring strong PR, networking, and deal-closing skills.

The candidate must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate, architecture, construction, or creative services. The ideal candidate will have connections in the real estate industry, plus the ability to pitch and close deals for 3D animation and visualization services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong connections with real estate developers, architects, and construction companies in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.
  • Pitch and present Pixel Motus services (3D architectural visualization, animations, and motion graphics) to prospective clients.
  • Secure high-value contracts with major real estate projects.
  • Generate warm leads, conduct online/offline meetings, and drive successful closings.
  • Stay updated on real estate trends and major developments in Pakistan.
  • Report progress regularly to Pixel Motus’ leadership team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales / business development (preferably real estate, creative agencies, or architectural services).
  • Strong PR network in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad real estate markets.
  • Basic knowledge of 3D animation/visualization services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup

Compensation Structure

First 4 Months (Probation – Commission-Only):

5% – 7% commission per project closed (commission paid after client payment is received).

After 4 Months (Base + Commission):

Base Salary: PKR 40,000 – 55,000 (depending on experience).

Commission: 3% – 4% per project closed.
