Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sr. Dev Engineer (Frontend) role at Rightfoot located in Cairo, Egypt. As a Sr. Dev Engineer (Frontend), you’ll work closely with product and design teams to create outstanding web and mobile user experiences for consumer and enterprise applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product features are high-quality and scale well over time. You will write high-quality, maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
Qualifications
5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on frontend development using ReactJS and/or AngularJS
Strong Experience in Java springboot is a must
Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience with frontend testing libraries such as Jest, Cypress, or Jasmine
Experience with one or more web animation libraries such as D3, Greensock, or Three.js
Experience with one or more backend programming languages such as Java, Python, and Node.js
Experience building responsive and accessible web pages
Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries specifically React
A good knowledge of RESTful APIs and using them .
Experience in Mobile development with either native or web-to-native tooling and frameworks
Experience working with design and product teams to create user-centered designs
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Fluency in English
