Digital marketing and development Specialist to be responsible for developing, managing and executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve current business targets and open up new business development opportunities.

Job Description:

The Digital marketing and development Specialist works closely to actively sell, promote, build and maintain strong relationships with both B2B and B2C .

We are currently looking for a talented professional who possesses strong marketing skills and brings experience in both generating new business and developing lasting relationships with customers. They strive to exceed revenue targets through active selling, product implementation, and managing expectations for new and existing customers. Main Responsibilities Include :

Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
Maintain sales records and update customer records.
Answer client’s questions about company’s products through online platforms.
Collect customer feedback all over digital platforms.
Propose creative ways to provide our customers with bundling products, free samples, gift cards, discounts, customer loyalty programs.
Plan, prepare and send e-marketing emails.
Assist in initiating and developing digital content via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, email… that leads to higher brand awareness thus higher sales.
Be responsible for social media development, increase awareness, content writing, designing new posts, share company updates and promote company products.
Maintain the product’s good performance on different social media platform where they are already registered.
Assist in achieving more social media interactions.
Increase Rothana’s presence online through advertisements and collaborations.
Ensure digital messages and contents are supportive of and consistent with marketing/sales strategies.
Register Rothana’ s products on new platforms.
Business Development :

Find new potential clients and markets to develop our sales.
Penetrate new markets and new sectors to develop Rothana’s sales.
Create and develop new sales strategies.
Help to improve and develop current sales processes.
Plan for events that will increase brand awareness and our network of sales and distribution penetrate new segment digitally
Set up a price strategy for Rothana’s products when needed.
Establish market research studies to either develop new sales strategies, know our competitors or launch new products.…
Create new bundling of products to attract more customers and widen Rothana’s market.
Provide the correct education and information for customers, employees and distributors when asked to.
Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Create and establish customer service policies and procedures to ensure that the best experience is given to customers.
Create a specific division within Rothana’s Digital Business that covers all sectors of sales (from wholesales, to bundle sales, to single sales…)

Responsible for achieving more social media interactions.
Responsible for market analysis and research in different countries where Rothana operate.
Responsible for all kinds of digital business analysis, plans to improve company’s performance.
build and execute digital marketing strategy through competitive research, market analysis, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

·         Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar field

·         Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role

·         Experience with digital marketing automation software

·         Experience in different types of online campaigns and ads.

·         Proficiency with SEO tools

·         Superb verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong interpersonal skills

·         Microsoft office experience

·         Strong problem-solving skills

·         Ability to work well in a team environment

·         Strong time management skills

·         Excellent multitasking skills

-Designing Skills ( Experience in Photoshop-Illustrator-Aftereffects, etc)

-Experience in managing marketing tools in online selling Platforms like ( Noon-Amazon, etc) and (E-commerce websites).
