Job Overview
Detopsy Engineering Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the company’s marketing and brand initiatives. The role focuses on strengthening market presence, supporting business development, and clearly communicating the company’s engineering and technical service offerings to clients and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will work closely with management, business development, and technical teams to design and execute effective marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Detopsy Engineering Ltd’s services and capabilities
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
Manage and maintain consistent brand messaging across proposals, presentations, digital platforms, and corporate materials
Oversee the development of marketing content such as project profiles, case studies, capability statements, and corporate presentations
Support business development activities through targeted marketing campaigns and proposal support
Manage digital marketing activities, including website content updates and social media presence
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and improve outcomes
Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and media partners when required
Plan and support corporate events, exhibitions, and industry engagements
Supervise and guide junior marketing staff and collaborate with internal technical teams
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a related field
Proven experience in a marketing role; experience within engineering, construction, oil & gas, or technical services is an advantage
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and proposal development
Experience with digital marketing tools, content development, and analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Ability to present technical or engineering concepts in clear and professional marketing language
Work Location
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
