Overview

 

• You shall be responsible for the management, and training of the sales team, improving the overall sales ability of the team.

• Will be responsible of striking business/sales deals with potential dealers of solar inverter and also liaise with companies for business deals.

• Develop and maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs, provide satisfactory service, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Supervise the execution of the sales plan, ensure the completion of sales tasks, and be responsible for sales performance.

• Market analysis and promotion: conduct market analysis and competitive situation research, develop marketing strategies, and enhance brand awareness and market share.

• Responsible for sales contract signing, implementation, and follow-up, to ensure the implementation of the contract.

• sales data report: collect and organize sales data regularly, report sales status to superiors, and make improvement suggestions.

• identify customers, distributors, companies and facilitate transactions.

• Coordinate with other departments: work closely with other departments of the company to ensure smooth progress of sales

Requirements

* Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
3- 5 years proven experience in sales, preferably in solar energy, renewable energy, or a related industry.
* Familiarity with solar energy products, systems, and industry trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence potential customers.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and meet sales targets.
* Ability to understand technical aspects of solar energy systems and convey this knowledge in a clear and accessible manner to customers
* Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools
* Any relevant sales certifications or licenses in the solar or renewable energy field (desired, but not mandatory)
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules and achieve sales goals
