Job description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at Sharman Jain Sweets – India in Ludhiana. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production facility, managing production staff, ensuring quality control standards are met, and implementing safety procedures. The Production Manager will also be responsible for developing and improving production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems
Experience in managing a production team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze and interpret data and make recommendations for improvements
Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures
Experience in the food industry is a plus
Proficiency in Hindi and Punjabi is preferred
Must Have Knowledge of Sweets Line (Mandatory)
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
