Overview

The HR Assistant duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database to posting job ads. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. You’ll also assist in creating policies, processes and documents. no

*Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies

*Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events

*Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

*Initiate and control surveys to assess customer.

*Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)

*Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities

*Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

Maintain the record of guests that have checked in and out.

Qualifications:

*Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff *Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position

*Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)

*Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS

*Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases

*Basic knowledge of labor laws

*Excellent organizational skills

*Strong communications skills

*Degree in Human Resources or related field is
