Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, revalidation, re-issuance, and cancellations.
Provide customers with accurate information on flight schedules, fares, and travel requirements.
Assist clients in planning travel itineraries based on preferences and budget.
Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre for ticket booking.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Ensure compliance with airline policies, visa, and immigration regulations.
Resolve customer complaints and handle travel-related queries promptly.
Keep up to date with airline promotions, fare changes, and industry trends.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and booking reports.
Maintain good relationships with airlines, travel agents, and corporate clients.
Requirements / Qualifications:
OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Travel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in a travel agency or airline ticketing role.
Proficiency in GDS software (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Good sales and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of visa processes, travel insurance, and destination information is an advantage.

Salary 120-150k
