What You’ll Do:

* Handle inquiries via phone, chat, or email from Dutch-speaking customers

* Provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues professionally

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

* Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

What We’re Looking For:

* Dutch speaker (fluency in English is a plus) – Dutch Nationality preferrable

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Willing to relocate and work onsite in Bali

* Customer-oriented attitude

* Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
