Job Title: Remote Work Trainee – World Cup Gigs Program

About the Program:

World Cup Gigs is a structured remote work preparation initiative focused on online gig opportunities during the upcoming World Cup tournament period. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to participate in remote work during the tournament, with high-performing individuals considered for continued work opportunities even after the tournament ends.

Participants will undergo basic training and gain exposure to real-world online tasks such as customer support, booking assistance, virtual assistance, and digital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist with customer support tasks across digital platforms

– Handle booking requests, scheduling, and itinerary support

– Perform data entry, research, and administrative support tasks

– Manage simple communication with clients or team members

– Support virtual assistance tasks such as email handling and follow-ups

– Organize information and maintain accurate digital records

– Follow standard operating procedures and complete assigned tasks efficiently

– Adapt quickly to new tools, platforms, and workflows

Requirements:

-No prior experience required (training provided)

– Access to a smartphone or computer

– Stable internet connection

– Willingness to learn and adapt

– Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions

– Must pass the basic English eligibility assessment
