Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDO/Closer) – Experienced in Construction estimation campaign

 

Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDO/Closer) with telemarketing experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in client outreach, pitching our services, and generating leads. This role requires excellent English proficiency with a strong accent, and prior experience in relevant industry is highly preferred.

 

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
Effectively pitch our services and build strong client relationships.
Understand and communicate the value of our services.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:

 

One year of experience as a TSR or closer in a Cost estimation campaign is a must.
Fluent English with an excellent accent (American accent preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Details:

 

Shift: Evening Shift (3 PM —3 AM)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Based on Experience + Commission
