A reputable confectionery company based in Kuje, Abuja, is seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Head of Sales to lead its sales operations and manage a team of sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
• Supervise, coordinate, and motivate sales representatives to meet and exceed targets.
• Monitor daily sales activities, evaluate performance, and prepare periodic sales reports.
• Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and key customers within Kuje and surrounding areas.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners.
• Ensure proper product availability, placement, and visibility in the market.
• Train, mentor, and appraise sales representatives for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with management to align sales objectives with overall business goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum of NCE certificate (OND/HND will be an added advantage).
• Must be 30 years above.
• At least 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG or confectionery products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must reside in Kuje or its immediate environs.
• Basic computer and reporting skills will be an added advantage.

Remuneration
• Monthly Salary: ₦120,000
• Attractive performance-based commissions and incentives
