Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, streamline processes, coordinate interdepartmental activities, and ensure overall efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising teams, ensuring compliance with company policies, and working to improve operational workflows. The role also involves performance monitoring, analyzing data, and implementing solutions to support strategic objectives.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Operations Management, Process Improvement, and Project Management
Leadership and Team Management skills to effectively direct and support staff
Strong Analytical and Critical Thinking abilities for problem-solving and decision-making
Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills to liaise with teams and stakeholders
High proficiency in Organizational and Time Management to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, compliance standards, and business policies
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
Previous experience in an Operations Manager or similar role preferred
