Overview

We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to assign and direct all work performed and supervise all areas of operation in our organization.

Responsibilities

•Prepare financial statements for the branch.

•Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities.

•Recruit and interview new employees.

•Assist with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction.

•Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.

•Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.

•Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs.

Requirements

•BSc/HND/MSc in Business Administration or related field.

•Proven branch management experience, as a Bank Manager or similar role.

•Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.

•Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.

•Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations.

•Ability to lead effectively.
