Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager, located in Portmore. The Property Manager will oversee daily operations of the Property Office, including managing residents relations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, conducting property inspections, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves budgeting, financial reporting, and handling rental agreements.

 

Job Summary & Qualifications

Experience in coordinating maintenance and repairs, and conducting property inspections

Budgeting and financial reporting skills

Develop and implement strategies to ensure maintenance fees and shop rentals are collected monthly.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Assisting in negotiating contracts of maintenance and other services.

Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite

A first degree in Management Studies, Business Administration or a related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.

At least two (2) years working experience at a managerial level in Property Management or the Real Estate Industry.

Sound knowledge of accounts receivable management with specific emphasis in debt collections
