Role Overview

CIMARA COMPANY LTD is seeking a dedicated and technically sound Average Engineer to join our technical team in Yaoundé. In this role, you will apply your engineering knowledge to support project development, ensure work on-site matches structural designs, and maintain high standards of technical accuracy. You will work as a core technical contributor, bridging the gap between design plans and physical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Implementation: Monitor daily site work to ensure all construction activities align with approved structural designs and engineering standards.

• Quality Control & Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of materials and workmanship to identify and resolve technical discrepancies before they impact project timelines.

• Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain site logs, track material consumption, and generate progress reports for the Senior Engineer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in civil engineering, site supervision, or structural support.

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

• Core Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a proven ability to read and accurately interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
