Job description:
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process
Understand technical job requirements (Developers, Testers, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for technical interviews
Negotiate salary and roll out offer letters
Excellent communication
Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database
Ensure timely closure of open positions
