Are you a Corps Member seeking a PPA in the field of surveying or estate management?
Are you passionate about real estate, land development, and property evaluation?

We are currently looking for a motivated and intelligent Graduate Surveyor (NYSC) to join our team and support field operations, property inspections, and documentation efforts.

📍LOCATION: Lekki, Lagos

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Assist in land and property surveys, inspections, and data collection
✅ Support preparation of survey plans, reports, and technical drawings
✅ Conduct site visits and supervise measurement activities
✅ Liaise with relevant stakeholders and regulatory bodies
✅ Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping of projects

REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Must be a current NYSC member seeking PPA placement
✅ Must have a degree in Estate Management, Surveying, Urban & Regional Planning, or related field
✅ Eagerness to grow and build a professional career in the real estate/surveying space
✅ Physically fit and willing to work on-site as needed
✅ Basic knowledge of land documentation, title processing, or AutoCAD/GIS is a plus
✅ Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills
