Salary: 70k-100k depending on experience

Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven social media manager who will handle all social media platforms . You are to build the social media presence for our brands. In addition, you are to create content and attend to customers complaints and inquiries.

Responsibilities
– Monitoring the company’s brand on Social media
– Overseeing Customer service provided via social media
– Coaching employees on content creation
– Promotion of company events and activities

Requirements

– B.SC, HND or OND, and other professional qualifications related to the job.
– A good team player with good report writing and analytical skills.
– Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite.
– Excellent verbal and written as aa communication skills.
