LOCATION: LA LOMA, QUEZON CITY OFFICE
Sales & Inventory Clerk Requirements:
• College Graduate
• With knowledge in doing inventory reports & sales report
• 2+ years’ experience in inventory control.
• Excellent math and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
• Must be residing within Quezon City or Manila Area
• Can start ASAP.
Job Descriptions:
§ Compile and maintain records of type, quantity, and value of material, sale, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in an establishment.
§ Count equipment, merchandise, material, or supplies in stock and post totals to inventory records using a computer or manually.
§ Compare inventories with what’s on official records.
§ Compute figures from records, such as production records, sales orders, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.
§ Verify computer data with a physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation, then count, or investigate and report reasons for discrepancies if there are any.
§ Compile information on receipt equipment, merchandise or disbursement of material, or supplies and cost.
§ Prepare reports on price lists, inventory balance, and shortages and submit to Pres. & CEO and VP Finance
§ May stock and issue merchandise or materials
§ Performs other duties as assigned.
