We are seeking a talented Creative Strategies Specialist to join our dynamic team! This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition and boosting sales of our packages through innovative referral marketing strategies. As a Creative Strategies Specialist with us, you’ll be responsible for:
- Generating and brainstorming innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotions through ideation sessions
- Developing and implementing effective referral programs to attract new customers
- Crafting engaging campaigns to encourage existing customers to refer friends and family
- Utilizing creative marketing tactics to promote our packages and offerings
- Building strong relationships with customers to enhance referral opportunities
- Collaborating with our team to optimize referral-driven sales growth
Requirements:
- Prior experience in creative marketing, referrals, or sales
- Excellent English communication skills
- Good product knowledge related to our services/packages
- Ability to think creatively and drive impactful marketing initiatives
