We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude Administrative Assistant. Ideal candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail.Applicant should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including budget, personnel, meetings, and clerical duties
2. Review and maintain written and computer files, plus conduct data entry
3. Maintain complete stock of all office supplies and accuracy of inventory
4. Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
5. Maintain front desk and verify that orders are placed as necessary to ensure necessary supplies are available at all times
6. Direct clients to the appropriate departments.
7. Submit and reconcile expense reports
8. Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences
9. Provide recommendations according to customer needs or preferences
10. Implement clerical duties and administrative processes
11. Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records
