Overview

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a key member of the PR + Influencer team, the role has a direct impact on
brand performance and will assist the team in the creation of longer-term PR
and influencer strategies and the delivery of annual integrated activity plans.
This role will support the Communications team in helping to manage and
execute PR and influencer programming for all brands and is responsible for
helping to drive cultural momentum for our beauty brands in the US market
making them among the most talked-about and trialed brands amongst their
respective target audiences.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
General
• Submit and track invoices for processing in a timely manner, ensuring
accuracy and pacing to the total yearly budget, quarterly spend, and
monthly pacing
• Track PO submission process, ensuring key stakeholders are updated
along the way
• Serve as the team meeting organizer – developing the agendas, taking
notes, and providing recaps with clear next steps and deadlines in a
timely manner
• Manage and place all product orders for agency partners for always-on
and new product launches in line with the pitching calendar
• Monitor trends in PR, influencer, beauty, social, applications, tools etc
PR & Influencer
• Assist in campaign set-up, tracking/management, and reporting of microinfluencer
platforms + programming (Tribe, MMI)
• Identification of new influencers in social and digital platforms (bloggers,
vloggers, etc.)
• Assist in ad hoc influencer mailings + micro-influencer seeding or
mailings (when needed)
• Assist in media relations and execution of PR + Influencer programs
across all brands
• Provide agency with PR + Influencer assets in a timely manner
Reporting
• Will report directly to the Assistant Manager, Communications
• Work in tandem with internal team and agency partner(s) to compile on
time and in full the monthly, quarterly, and yearly PR + Influencer
performance tracking reports
• Assist in preparing PR + Influencer sections of monthly digital recap
reports for all retail partners and key stakeholders
• Assist in any ad-hoc reporting needs outside of the above-scheduled
reporting cadence
