We’re looking for a proactive and organized individual to help manage day-to-day operations for short-term rentals (Airbb, Vrbo, etc.). This is a remote position ideal for someone with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Duties Include:
• Messaging and coordinating with guests
• Updating listings and calendars
• Handling booking inquiries and disputes
• Assisting with reviews and guest feedback
• Coordinating cleaners/maintenance remotely
Requirements:
• Smartphone or laptop with Wi-Fi
• Basic English writing & typing skills
• Customer service mindset
• Airbnb or short-term rental experience is a plus (but not required)
